Observations

The leaves growing on the body of this sprite species comes from leaf litter collected off of the forest floor. They attach leaves when the litter is too built up, and expel the leaves over empty patches. Their behavior ensures that the forest floor has an abundance of nutrients and helps protect against forest fires.
